Marketing Manager (Mid-Level)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a mid-level marketing professional with a proven ability to develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and ROI optimization.
  • Content Oversight: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging materials for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee all online marketing initiatives, manage website updates, and monitor analytics to improve performance.
  • CRM and Automation: Utilize CRM tools to design customer journeys, segment audiences, and implement automated campaigns.
  • Social Media: Manage social media channels, creating calendars, generating content, and monitoring engagement.
  • Paid Media: Basic knowledge of paid media, including planning mainly for planning campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, business development) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign success.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, campaign management, and content strategy. Minimum, 1 year experience in managing a team of remote designers and content writers is highly preferred

Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Bitrix) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for various platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Basic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
