  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster engagement and build relationships with followers.
  • Trends and Insights: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Basic Graphic Design: Use tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to create visually appealing content for social platforms.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation

Skills:
