Wahaj has over 15 years of experience in controlling all aspects of corporate accounting and financial reporting functions of various Fortune 500 Organizations and Top 10 Global Accounting Firms. Wahaj enjoys helping his Clients reach new levels of success through proper guidance and planning. Wahaj is the founder of Scan Global Holdings and also serves as the Principal Partner in all its Subsidiaries.

Khizar is a qualified tax accountant with 6 years of experience in tax accounting and 5 years of experience in financial regulation and AML. He has a degree in financial economics from York University and is currently pursuing CPA and CFA, along with working at Scan Accounting as a Senior Accounting Analyst. With his extensive experience and expertise, he serves to do taxes for clients from a variety of business backgrounds and markets.

Arif Abdullah, our Managing Partner, brings over 9 years of extensive financial consultancy experience to Scan Business Solutions. A specialist in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Arif's strategic leadership and expertise in risk assessment ensure compliance and drive client satisfaction. His adeptness in team management and clear communication of complex financial data make him an indispensable asset propelling Scan Business Solutions forward.

Farhana joined Scan with a strong background in credit & financial services. She’s a graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in business administration. She has a diverse background and worked in various industries. She brings in a wealth of knowledge and expertise in marketing and research. Farhana serves as the Operations Manager at Scan Global Holdings with her exemplary customer service skills, making her the face of the company while running smooth operations of the business.

Hannah serves as the marketing manager for Scan Global Holdings. She has a Bachelors in Commerce at University of Toronto, with a specialization in Marketing. She has a background in entrepreneurship and her work is fueled by her passion for understanding clients and supporting their goals.

Heidi is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in business strategy, acquisitions, and partnership management within the financial industry. She has worked with leading global organizations recognized among the Fortune Global 500. As Chief Growth Officer, she spearheads strategic growth initiatives and drives innovation to ensure business success. Heidi holds an MBA and MSc, bringing a strong combination of business acumen and financial expertise to her role.

Shelly brings over 25 years of project management, sales and real estate experience in Canada and the USA. She plays a key role in shaping our North American sales strategy. Her insightful market knowledge and strong leadership are fundamental to Scan Global Realty's success.

Sam is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in Capital Markets, M&A, Valuation and Real Estate. He began his career in the capital markets, with top-tier Canadian Banks, where he managed portfolios, raised capital and valued companies. He manages the Group's M&A and Commercial Real Estate division. He holds an MBA from the Schulich School, York University and a BA from the University of Toronto.

Sultan is an experienced finance professional at Scan Global Holdings, providing fractional CFO services to our clients with strong communication and hands-on leadership. With a background in FP&A, administration, and accounting, he has a proven track record of boosting productivity and profitability. Sultan excels in restructuring accounting, optimising tax efficiency, and building strong financial relationships, making him a valuable financial leader for our organisation.
